Refund Policy

All live Zoom class purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you must email us (hello@bougiebagsv.com) before the class start date or within 24 hours after the missed class to notify us and reschedule.

Missed Class Policy

Zoom classes WILL NOT be recorded and emailed to you. If you cannot attend your originally scheduled class date, missed classes MUST be made up and rescheduled within 3 months of the original class date. After 3 months, the credit will expire. There will be no refund issued. The kit of materials is yours to keep.
